Combine cumin, chili powder, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
Seasonings should be evenly distributed over the chicken.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Cook for 5 minutes after adding the onion.
Stir in the chicken and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
Toss in the tomatoes, salsa, and raisins.
Bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes, covered.
Add the beans and mix well.
Continue to simmer for 5 minutes, covered.
